I was told Kaspersky was the best product for finding virus' and protection of my system. I agree it found the virus, but it did not get rid of it (it did quarrantine it). It was difficult to know what to do next after it located the trouble. I

Purchased this about 2 weeks ago and couldn't use it. We called and were kept on hold or "disconnected" by dozens of "support" help. I discourage anyone from purchasing this product.
