I read your review of Webroot Software and so I bought it. I haven't found any part of your review to be accurate. I admit to being a less than an expert but I'm way beyond uninformed.
The software was easy to install but not intuitive

I just bought Webroot Antivirus today and it works just fine. The installation went without a hitch, and the program does not try to interfere with my other software applications, or cause catastrophic slowdowns unlike Bitdefender Total Security.

I bought and installed Webroot AntiVirus with Firewall about 9 months ago. I have regretted that decision ever since.
On two occasions the automatic update crahsed with "fatal error" leaving me with no connectivity. I put in a support

I've had the Webroot product installed on my laptop since 2004 and update/renew as necessary. It has maintained the safety and integrity of my laptop. I am not a computer power user and use my laptop for personal use. I highly recommned this

I have used Webroot on several of my computers. I've never had a problem with its performance, and I find it to be one of the better softwares on the market. The only criticism that I have is that I wish its field of definitions were broader.

Two months into my download, it just simply stopped running and was constantly in a "Loading..." status. This also prevented my computer from going into Standby mode.
I emailed customer service repeatedly and after three automated responses
