Great product, but the technical support is non-existent. If you're an IT guy/gal, then the stuff on the website is fine. For an ordinary user, they provide utterly no support. I gave up and paid for another product. Too bad, it "learns" quickly and really is a great product. But they really don't want to help ordinary users. I was very disappointed. They told me to download a bunch of tools that were "systems level" tools. Not something an ordinary user should play with. Very, very disappointed.
